I guess getting stronger. I'd say eating better, but, gosh, I'm always saying that!

We put a smith machine on our garage, so that's cool. I need to do more cardio. And I'd like to do yoga again!!

Hi guys!! It's been so long since I've posted!

Yesterday was a hard day for me to complete my workout, my back was kinda locking up and the pain wouldn’t let me finish my workout. I felt defeated and a little disappointed as I am the type of person that loves to challenge myself into doing more every time I am at the gym. Brittney and I stopped for a couple minutes and focused on some stretches and giving in to just listen to my body. I later thought that sometimes is okay to listen to your body and recognize that one workout doesn’t define you. I have been doing personal training with Brittney since April of this year and have lost approximately 33 pounds so today I celebrate my wins and that is okay to have one bad day because it reminds me that I still got this …… that YOU also got this 🤍
